How long does shipping take?
Standard US shipping is 3–5 business days and is free on orders over $250. Expedited 2-day shipping is available at checkout for a flat $25.
What's your return policy?
30 days, no questions asked. If it's not right, ship it back and we'll refund you in full — including original shipping. We pre-pay the return label for any product issue.
Are these products covered by warranty?
Yes. We're an authorized dealer for every brand we carry, which means full manufacturer warranty on every order. Warranty length varies by product — you'll find it on every product page.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently US only, with a few exceptions for Canada. International shipping is on the roadmap for late 2026.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes — we offer 4 interest-free installments via Afterpay on every order at checkout.
How do I know the product is genuine?
We buy direct from manufacturers as an authorized US dealer. Never grey market, never refurbished, never marketplace third-party.
